Abstract In order to realize the calibration for different electronic control unit (ECU) with the same platform, a solution for universal ECU calibration of electroniccontrolled diesel engine based on controller area network (CAN) and extended CAN calibration protocol was proposed. This solution introduces a method that the calibration system can dynamically import address information of ECU variable based on MAP file generated by embedded development environment, and with this method, independence of calibration system and specific ECU application was accessible. The system integrates FLASH programming function and operator validation and authorization function by Seed&Key algorithm. An application example shows this system can calibrate ECU effectively. By timeconsuming modeling and CANbus status monitoring, influential factors of data transfer efficiency were analyzed, methods to improve communication efficiency were obtained and some basis for improving system realtime performance were provided.

电控柴油机ECU通用性标定平台的研究与开发
为实现同一标定平台对不同类型电控单元的标定功能,采用一种基于控制器局域网(CAN)总线以及扩展CAN协议的通用性电控柴油机标定平台设计方案.该方案采用基于嵌入式开发环境所生成的地址脉谱(MAP)文件的变量地址信息动态载入法,方便实现标定系统与标定对象的无关性.系统集成FLASH数据烧写功能并采用Seed&Key算法实现操作者身份验证与用户权限分配.应用实例表明,该系统能够有效地进行标定工作.通过建立时间消费模型与监测CAN总线状态,分析相关因素对数据传输效率的影响,提出提高通信效率的方法,为提高系统的实时性提供了依据.
