Abstract  

Based on the improved simulated annealed method, an algorithm of optimal phasor measurement unit (PMU) placement considering multiconstraints was proposed. The minimal PMU placement can be achieved when multiconstraints are meet. The multiconstraints include: considering the installed PMUs, monitoring the critical infrastructures and maintaining the full observability of wide area measurement system (WAMS)when certain transmission lines are out of service. A practical application of this method in a provincial power grid showed that this method has good adaptability when considering the multiphase PMU installation and the topology change.

满足多种约束条件的最优PMU配置方法

针对现有相量测量单元(PMU)最优配置方法无法同时考虑多种约束条件的问题,提出了一种基于改进模拟退火算法的满足多种约束条件的最优PMU配置方法.该方法能够在同时考虑已安装PMU、对电网中的重要环节进行直接监测及特定输电线路退出运行的情况下,广域测量系统(WAMS)仍然保持对全网完全可观测等多种约束条件的同时,以最少数量的PMU实现对整个电网的完全可观测.给出了该方法在国内某省级电网的应用实例.实际应用显示,该方法在需要考虑分阶段安装PMU及电网拓扑改变的情况时具有良好的适应性.
