岩体力学参数对巷道变形特性的影响程度分析

摘要:

以程潮铁矿为工程背景,基于室内试验及现场测量分别得到主要矿岩的物理力学性质、节理结构及力学参数、地应力大小及分布.利用3DEC离散元软件,通过对不同方案的模拟计算,对节理面影响进行单因素和多因素敏感性分析,并对岩体的等效连续特征进行分析.结果表明,不同参数对巷道变形的影响程度由大到小依次是:完整岩石的内摩擦角 > 内聚力 > 节理剪切刚度(JKS) > 节理法向刚度(JKN) > 节理内摩擦角 > 抗剪强度.当模型中不包含节理时,塑性模型的巷道最大位移是弹性模型的2.5~2.8倍;当有节理时,塑性模型的巷道位移是弹性模型的1.8~4.4倍.当等效连续模型使用的参数为节理岩体参数的40%~50%时,等效连续模型和非等效连续模型会达到比较相似的结果.数值模拟结果与现场监测数据较吻合,验证了研究成果的准确性.

Abstract:

The physical and mechanical properties, joint structure, mechanical parameters, stress size and distribution of main ore rocks were obtained based on laboratory tests and field measurements, with Chengchao Iron Mine as the engineering background. The single factor and multi-factor sensitivity of the impact of mechanical parameters of rock mass analysis were carried out and the equivalent continuum characteristics of rock mass was also analyzed using 3DEC discrete element software. The analysis results show that influence degree of different parameters on roadway deformation in descending order is:the internal friction angle of intact rock, cohesion of intact rock, joint shear stiffness (JKS), joint normal stiffness (JKN), joint internal friction angle and shear strength. When the joints are not included, the maximum displacement of roadway in the plasticity model is 2.5 to 2.8 times as large as that in the elastic model; when the joint is included, the maximum displacement of roadway in the plasticity model is 1.8 to 4.4 times as large as that in the elastic model. When the parameters of the equivalent continuum model are 40% to 50% of the joint rock mass, the results of equivalent continuous model and non-equivalent continuous model are similar. The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the field monitoring data, which verifies the accuracy of the research results.
