摘要:

为了优化线筒式荷电反应器设计、提升柴油机排气中颗粒的荷质比,在高放电电压下通过改变电晕放电参数(电极电压、分流排气流量、放电区域内部温度、电极材料、电极直径等),研究电晕放电参数对颗粒荷质比的影响规律.试验结果表明:在正常的放电范围条件下,负极施加电压对颗粒荷质比有显著的影响,荷质比随着电压的升高而增加,且负极的荷电效果较正极更好,但因局部火花放电的限制,正、负极电压均存在最佳值;当反应器其他特征参数确定后,分流排气流量并非越小越好,而是存在一个最佳值;放电区域内部温度决定荷电反应器起晕电压,但当内部气流温度高时,对颗粒荷质比的影响较小;选择导电系数较大的电极材料更易获得较高的荷质比;线筒式结构中电极直径越小,电极间距越大,需要的起晕电压越高,在施加电压较高时荷质比的提升效果更明显.

Abstract:

The influence of discharge parameters (discharge voltage, partial exhaust flow, the internal temperature of discharge area, the electrode material and the electrode diameter) on charge-mass ratio of particles was analyzed by experiment in order to optimize the design of wire-cylinder discharge reactor and improve charge-mass ratio of diesel engine particles. Results show that voltage enforced by negative electrodes has a significant impact on charge-mass ratio of particles under normal voltage conditions. Charge-mass ratio increases with the increase of negative voltage and the negative voltage is more beneficial to the increase of charge-mass-ratio. There is an optimum value for both positive voltage and negative voltage because of the voltage limit of partial spark discharge. The optimal charge-mass ratio can be obtained through the optimization of the partial exhaust flow under given conditions. The internal temperature of discharge area affects the value of corona voltage. Charge-mass ratio can be greatly improved by adopting the electrode materials with higher conductivity. The smaller electrode diameter and bigger electrode span result in a higher corona voltage for wire-cylinder discharge reactor.
