Abstract( 876 )   HTML (   PDF(5682KB)( 156 )
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors. It is important to analyze electronic health records (EHRs) and discover the patterns for breast cancer during the treatment and prognosis. By cooperating with physicians on breast cancer, this paper integrates well-designed visualization methods and an accurate prediction model to construct a visual analytics system for cohort analysis and treatment planning based on EHRs. For cohort analysis, the dimension reduction and clustering algorithm are first applied to patients with high-dimensional attributes to group them into the cohort, and Nightingale graph, word cloud, and timeline visualization methods are then used to explore the patterns in different cohort and correlation between features. For treatment planning, an SVM model is trained to predict the treatment plan for patients, and parallel coordinates, matrix heat map, and classification map are designed to explore the relation between features, the weights of features and the prediction result, respectively. Finally, case studies and expert interviews are presented to evaluate the effectiveness of cohort analysis and treatment planning in discovering the relationship between treatment plans and patient features and helping physicians in decision making.

Abstract( 1354 )   HTML (   PDF(2047KB)( 188 )
The fuel data collected by aircraft sensors is the basis for various follow-up studies on aircraft. However, due to various factors, the data collected by sensors always have many missing values. The direct use of such data for subsequent processing will lead to a decrease in the accuracy of the algorithm. Therefore, the effect of processing missing values in the data is crucial. The existing missing value filling algorithm has two problems. On the one hand, it ignores the historical dependence of time series in the time dimension; on the other hand, some algorithms require a complete data set for model training. In order to solve the above problems, this paper uses a method of filling missing values based on adversarial networks. This method can effectively solve the problems of traditional methods, and can achieve the best filling effect compared with other algorithms.

Abstract( 1439 )   HTML (   PDF(1990KB)( 131 )
3D-power diagrams have a wide range of applications in the fields of graphics and fluid simulation. To overcome the poor time performance of the existing 3D-power diagram construction algorithms, a novel GPU-based construction algorithm is proposed. We introduce an estimation algorithm for computing the area between power cells. The estimation algorithm enables the construction algorithm to be coupled with the Lloyd algorithm and Newton's algorithm to generate a 3D-centroidal capacity constrained power diagram(3D-CCCPD). Experiment results show that our approach raises the efficiency of the 3D-power diagram construction up to several orders of magnitude.

Abstract( 1284 )   HTML (   PDF(2878KB)( 194 )
Virtual garment display provides an online solution for offline apparel ordering meetings and fashion shows, alleviating the limitations of space and providing a convenient and effective new way for companies and users to try on clothes. To address the problem that most of the existing virtual clothing fitting systems are unable to generate personalized clothing effect of the customers due to the preset uniform body size and display effect, a personalized virtual clothing demonstration system with automatic garment adaption is developed. Our approach is mainly divided into three steps: first, a three-dimensional human body reconstruction framework based on human body size parameters is set up. Then the relationship between the mannequin vertex and the three-dimensional garment vertex is established using mesh skinning. Automatic garment adaption is finally realized by driving the garment deformation according to human body deformation using dual quaternion interpolation. A VR-based system for clothing display is developed for general users using Unity 3D to validate the presented method.

Abstract( 110 )   HTML (   PDF(462KB)( 80 )
Spatial properties for the solutions of the Fochheimer fluid interfacing a Darcy fluid in a semi-infinite pipe in R3 are studied. Assuming that the flow in Ω1 satisfy Forchheimer equations and in Ω2 satisfy Darcy equations. Using the method of first-order differential inequality, spatial decay estimates are obtained, which can be seen as an application of Saint-Venant's principle in the interacting fluids.

Abstract( 122 )   HTML (   PDF(472KB)( 65 )
In this paper,a kind of approximate efficient solutions to set-valued vector equilibrium problems with constraints is analyzed in real locally convex Hausdorff topological vector spaces, and the relationship between the efficient solutions and the approximate efficient solutions is discussed.Based on the concept of nearly cone-subconvexlike set-valued mapping, the optimality conditions of efficient solutions and approximate efficient solutions are established by applying the separation theorem for convex sets.Using analytic method, under the assumption of generalized convexity, the optimality necessary and sufficient conditions for both the Kuhn-Tucker-type and Lagrange-type approximate efficient solutions to the set-valued vector equilibrium problems are obtained.

Abstract( 141 )   HTML (   PDF(1287KB)( 49 )
Ecological niche reflects the resources utilization capability of species, reveals the community structure characteristics and environmental adaptability of species.Further,in order to understand the resource status of crustacean populations in the waters east of Zhoushan Islands, based on data of trawl survey of the area in April (spring) and October (autumn) in 2018,this study adopted the index of relative importance to measure the dominance of crustaceans in the waters, using Shannon index and Pianka formula to analyze the niche breadth and overlap of major crustacean species. It combined interspecific competition coefficient and redundancy analysis (RDA) to study niche differentiation. The results show that (1) There were 11 and 15 major crustacean species of which the index of relative importance (IRI)>100 in spring and autumn respectively, among which 4 were dominant species (IRI>1 000) in spring and 5 in autumn.(2) The niche breadth of major crustacean species in spring and autumn were 0.13-2.54,1.32-2.42 respectively, niche breadth differed greatly between the two seasons. The wide niche species (Bi≥2.0) were only two species of Oratosquilla oratoria and Charybdis japonica in spring, while there were 8 species including Solenocera crassicornis,Oratosquilla oratoria,Parapenaeopsis tenella and Portunus trituberculatus in the autumn, the number of medium niche species (1.0≤Bi<2.0) was 6 in spring and 7 in autumn, and there were 4 narrow niche species (0<Bi<1.0) including Metapenaeopsis barbata,Achaeus japonicus,Parapenaeus fissuroides and Dromia dehaani in spring.(3) The spatial niche overlap between Dromia dehaani and Achaeus japonicus in spring,Metapenaeopsis barbata and Plesionika izumiae in autumn were highest, indicating that the spatial homology was high and the species' use of the spatial resources tends to be consistent.(4) The proportion of species pairs with significant spatial niche overlap (Qik>0.6) was low in spring and autumn, indicating that the competition among major crustacean species was weak and niche differentiation was obvious.Combining interspecific competition coefficient and redundancy analysis (RDA) results,we could further explain the inter-species relationship and niche differentiation of species.

Abstract( 177 )   HTML (   PDF(2455KB)( 57 )
A method for the determination of malachite green, crystal violet and their metabolites in aquaculture water was established. The samples were prepared using dichloromethane liquid-liquid extraction followed by cleanup of neutral alumina filler adsorption.Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7 μm),mobile phase composed of 5 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate buffer solution (contain 0.1% formic acid) and acetonitrile and flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1 were assumed for the chromatography separation at 40 ℃.Electrospray ion source positive ion scanning,multi-reaction monitoring mode and internal standard method were conducted to analyze and quantify the target objects. The results showed that within the standard solution concentration ranges of 0.2-5.0 μg·L-1,there existed a good linear relationship between the signal strength and concentrations of 4 target objects (correlation coefficient r were all above 0.998).The limits of detection and limits of quantitative were 2 and 5 ng·L-1,respectively.Spiked with gradient concentrations of 5-100 ng·L-1 in the blank water sample, the recovery rates of the four components were 81.8%-109.5%,and the in-batch precision and inter-batch precision were both less than 10%.It showed that the method had the advantage of high accuracy, good reproducibility and quantitative limit, and could meet the requirements of trace detection of malachite green, crystal violet and their metabolites in aquaculture water.

Abstract( 127 )   HTML (   PDF(1565KB)( 115 )
Micromorphology of leaf epidermis of 45 samples, which represent 28 species and one variety belonging to Carex sect.Confertiflorae s.l.,were observed under light microscope. The intra-specific stability and inter-specific differences of the leaf epidermal micromorphology, with its taxonomic significance were analyzed and discussed. The results were mainly as follows:(1) The shape of epidermal cells, the pattern of anticlinal walls and the distribution pattern of stoma were considerably stable in most different species. Both adaxial and abaxial epidermal cells were almost oblong, rarely sub-quadrate or linear, with anticlinal walls being deeply undulate, only a few being undulate, and the distribution pattern of stoma on abaxial epidermis was randomly in rows in longitudinal veins. (2) The size of epidermal cells and those of stoma were variable within species. (3) The silica papillae of the adaxial cells occurred only in C. benkei and C. brownii in sect. Confertiflorae s.str. (4) The epidermal appendages were divided into prickle and trichome, and trichomes occurred only on the epidermal cells of C. obliquicarpa and C. retrofracta in sect. Confertiflorae s.str.The characters of leaf epidermis revealed some difference among similar species in sect. Confertiflorae s.l. and could be used to distinguish species and infraspecies, but the consistence also showed among sect. Confertiflorae s. str. and its related sections.

Abstract( 123 )   HTML (   PDF(970KB)( 205 )
Selecting Xi'an urban residents as study objects, behavioral intention as intermediary variable, subjective norm as regulating variable, this paper quantitatively analyzes the relationship between travelers' approval degree to shared bicycles and their actual using behavior in green travel activities. The results show that the approval degree to shared bicycles by travelers can significantly affect their behavioral intention.Generally,in the second level dimension of approval degree, travelers are most concerned about the accessibility of shared bicycles, followed by transit recognition and cost-consuming,operability has the least impact on travelers. The mediating effect test shows that behavior intention plays complete mediating role between travelers' approval degree and the actual behavior of green travel. The moderating effect test shows that subjective norm does not play a regulatory role in the relationship between the approval degree on shared bicycles and the behavioral intention of travelers. Finally, this paper is based on empirical case study, aiming to provide necessary scientific and practical reference for the development of new urban transportation system and the construction of a green urban living space network.

Abstract( 225 )   HTML (   PDF(4062KB)( 80 )
Although China has been vigorously promoting the protection of historic towns for nearly 18 years, their population is still shrinking. This paper set Zhejiang, a province with a lot of historic towns in China, as the focus, taking the data from all the province's towns for comparison. Our research carries out quantitative evaluation and comparative studies of population shrinkage features and its correlative factors. The result shows: (1) the incidence rate of population shrinkage in historic towns with scenic areas (16.67%) is far lower than the provincial average rate (43.04%); (2) the analysis population dynamic change shows that discrete shrinkage accounts for a relatively high proportion in shrinkage towns, while convergent shrinkage accounts for a relatively low proportion; (3) the degree of population shrinkage is mainly mild and moderate, no extremely severe population contraction has occurred; (4) population shrinkage is mainly detected in the underdeveloped areas with convenient transportation and the developed areas with inconvenient transportation; (5) In view of the correlative factors, the historic town's population shrinkage is significantly correlated with the number of educational facilities, the number of employees, the industrial output value and the urban built-up area, but not directly correlated with the base of permanent population. This study suggests that population shrinkage restrain strategy of the historic towns needs to be differentiated from that of other towns in cultural protection, industrial development and regional strategic spatial deployment, to scientifically response to the population shrinkage and to provide revitalization security.

Abstract( 230 )   HTML (   PDF(853KB)( 72 )
Understanding the influence mechanism of film tourists' post-tourism behavior intentions can effectively improve the tourists' positive behavior intentions and promote the sustainable and stable development of film tourism destinations.Based on the theory of cognition-emotion-behavior,this paper introduces authenticity perception, nostalgic emotion and other variables to construct a model of the influence mechanism of the behavior intention of film tourists.Taking tourists of Xi'an White Deer Hill Studios as an example, the empirical test results show that (1) The direct impact of the authenticity and nostalgic emotional value of film tourists on behavioral intentions is not significant, but both positively affect place attachment. (2) The effect of place attachment on behavioral intention is positive, direct and significant, which is an important emotional factor for raising behavioral intention.(3) Both authenticity perception and nostalgia have an indirect effect on behavioral intention through the complete intermediary of place attachment. Therefore, film tourism destinations should pay attention to the construction and restoration of attracting objects, and increase the authenticity perception of tourists' film tourism experience. At the same time,we should also pay attention to the creation of nostalgic situations and atmospheres, awaken the deep emotional connection between film attractions and tourists to enhance the place attachment of tourists, and ultimately promote the generation of their behavior intentions.
