Analysis and Design of the Tension Control System to a Loosening Reel Winded by the Flexible Belt

Abstract  The tension cont rol to a loosening reel winded by the flexible belt is a large time - variable problem. Based upon the analysis of the regular cont rol system ,a design of the nonlinear variable st ructure cont rol is proposed which is guite cheep and easy to realize in the practice. It is shown that this system owns good properties to the system statics and dynamics.

柔性带材退卷张力控制系统的分析与设计

针对柔性带材退卷过程张力控制的大时变问题,在分析常规控制系统存在问题的基础上,提出一种投资少,便于工程实施的变结构非线性控制方案。实际运行表明,该系统对克服大时变问题具有良好的静、动态特性。
