Research on decoupling method of product design based on axiomatic design

Abstract  Aiming at many coupled problems in product design based on axiomatic design, both axiomatic design and TRIZ are synthetically applied. A general decoupling method in axiomatic design by using the contradiction matrix of TRIZ is proposed and the process of the decoupling design was illustrated by the decoupling problem of the pile driving machine.

基于公理设计的产品设计解耦方法

针对利用公理设计理论进行产品设计时存在的很多耦合问题,综合应用公理设计理论与创新问题解决理论,提出利用创新问题解决理论中的矛盾矩阵来解决公理设计中耦合问题的一般方法,并通过打桩机的解耦设计对这一方法进行说明。
