Static analysis of multipoint and iso-pressing pile holder mechanism of hydraulic static pile driver

Abstract  Firstly, the static forces of multipoint and iso-pressing pile holdermechanism of hydraulic static pile driver were analyzed. And then the computation formula of pile holder force of each two-piece clamp and perpendicular acting force between each two-piece clamp and hydraulic static pressed precasting pile were obtained. Finally, research and analysis on this formula are carried out, whose conclusion is beneficial for design and use of multipoint and iso-pressing pile holder mechanism of hydraulic static pile driver.

液压桩机多点均压式夹桩机构的静力分析

分析液压静力压桩机多点均压式夹桩机构静态受力,得出单个上、下钳口的夹桩力和单个上、下钳口与预制桩之间的法向作用力的计算公式,并对此计算公式进行了分析.得出的结论有利于对液压静力压桩机多点均压式夹桩机构的设计和使用。
