Research on theory and application of networked group innovation based on net brainstorm and TRIZ

Abstract  Firstly, definition, characteristics, meaning and framework of the theory of Networked Group Innovation (NGI) are presented. Then, this paper focuseson the definition, three substantiality factors, and implementation flow of NetBrainstorm and application of TRIZ theory in the process of NGI. Finally, development environment and general Scheme’s design of NGI application system are put forward. Taking Net Brainstorm and TRIZ theory as core, NGI merges traditionalinnovation technique and idea with net technology, and can offer necessary technical support for product development, technology innovation, product sale and even innovation problem in management. The embedded TRIZ tools and courseware of innovation methods and thoughts can be utilized as creativity training tools foremployees.

基于网络智暴法和TRIZ的网络群体创新理论及其应用研究

首先介绍了网络群体创新理论的定义、特点、意义和体系结构;然后重点介绍了网络智暴法的定义、实体三要素和实施程序以及TRIZ理论在网络群体创新过程中的应用;最后提出了网络群体创新应用系统的开发环境和总体方案设计,简单介绍了该系统的主要功能。网络群体创新理论以网络智暴法和TRIZ理论为核心,将传统的创新技法和创新思维与网络技术融为一体,可以为企业的产品开发、技术变革、产品销售乃至管理中遇到的创新问题提供必要的技术支持,系统内含的TRIZ工具、创新技法及创新思维课件可以作为企业员工开发创造力的培训工具。
