Position precision analysis of intermittent paper-feeding system on mould-cutting machine

Abstract  Under high speed, intermittent paper feeding system is a key sector affecting paper mould-cutting quality, and its performance will directly influence work speed and mould-cutting precision of the whole machine. Aiming at mould-cutting machine under various work speeds, quantitative analysis of position accuracy when paper feeding is under intermittence is conducted. With the increase of work speed, position precision of paper feeding trends to increase too. The way how to guarantee position precision of paper feeding under high speed and quality of paper mould-cutting is proposed too.

模切机间歇输纸系统位置精度分析

在高速工况下,间歇输纸部分是影响印品模切质量的关键部分,其性能直接影响整机的工作速度和模切精度。针对模切机在不同工作速度下,输纸牙排处于停歇期时的位置精度进行了定量分析,给出了随着机器工作速度的提高,牙排位置精度有变差趋势的结论,并指出了在高速时保证牙排位置精度和纸张模切质量的解决方法。
