Prototype design and experimental data analysis of new type of roller fire-grates garbage furnace

Abstract Aiming at the situation of low calorific value of life garbage and difficulty in classifying and collecting it in a short term in most of China’s middle and small cities, taking vertical hearth as a basis and adopting layering burning method, a new type of roller fire-grates garbage furnace,which is continuously burning controllable, is developed. In design, both the haze lamination processing technology and the fluid bed burning technology, as well as the revolving burning technology, are adopted. Furthermore, structure is also innovated. In addition, design gist of its key components is elaborated and experimental data analysis is conducted too. The experimental result indicates that this furnace has high burning efficiency and good practical effect.
