Resistance method of ductile damage measurement of metallic materials

Abstract  U nder considering plastic deform ation,the form ula of dam age m easurem ent on variation of the electrical resistance was studied. Tensile ductile damage on A3 mild steel specimen was evaluated.The results show that the predictions by variation of the resistance accord with that of the elasticity modulus change.It is presented out that the effect on the plastic deform of specim en length and cross-section must be considered for the m etal m aterial ductile dam age measurement by variation of the resistance.A nd its reliability is based on accurate m easuring of the specimen low electrical resistance.

金属材料韧性损伤测量的电阻法

研究了考虑塑性变形的基于电阻变化的金属材料韧性损伤测量公式,对A3低碳钢拉伸试样的韧性损伤进行TNI!.结果表明,电阻法的测量值与弹性模量下降法的结果相一致.指出用电阻法测量金属材料韧性损伤应考虑试样长度和横截面尺寸的影响;电阻法的可靠性在于试样低值电阻的精确测量.
