Abstract The hardware platform of control system for Zn-Air battery producing line was constructed by utilizing ARM9 as a core and its software was developed. An effective control algorithm for servo motor in this system was designed, which implemented highly accurately matching of rolling-up and rolling-back speed and improved product quality. The practice indicates that this system can perform real-time control task well and realize precisely control of speed and tension.
