Abstract  A Ф50 mm prototype swirlmeter is developed for the experience instrum ent designed.Experiments were performed to study setting m ethod of sensor influence on measure of swirlmeter.Two axisym metrical setting piezoelectric press sensors obtained the velocity pressure signals of vortex precession in swirlmeter.Major findings in experience are described as follows.First, the setting method of piezoelectric pressure sensor influence on swirlm eter measure is clear.Second,the best setting of piezoelectric pressure sensor in swirlmeter and method of design sensor are advanced.

旋涡进动流量计传感器的安装对测量的影响

用自行设计的流量计实验台,对50 mm El径旋涡进动流量计上不同的压电式压力传感器安装方式进行了试验.结果表明,传感器安装对测量结果有显著影响.并给出了较佳的传感器安装方式和传感器的设计准则.
