Abstract The chain transmission system is the most important system of fully mechanized working face scraper conveyor. In order to study the dynamic characteristics of scraper conveyor in the process of operating the chain transmission system, the finite element method was used to establish translational chain model, rotary chain model, and meshing contact model of chain and sprocket while the virtual prototype model was established by 3D modeling software. The contact dynamics characteristics between chain in the start working process and the meshing contact dynamics characteristics between chain and sprocket in the normal working process were analyzed by using the nonlinear finite element software LS-DYNA. The variation of acceleration between links in the start process, the stress variation, and the variation of speed, displacement and stress in the normal process of chain and sprocket meshing were obtained which provided the key design parameters for the key parts of chain wheel transmission system transient dynamics and transmission system components optimization.

刮板输送机链传动系统接触动力学特性分析
链传动系统是综采工作面刮板输送机最重要的系统.为了研究刮板输送机在运行过程中链传动系统的接触动力学特性,利用有限单元法分别建立平动链条模型、转动链条模型和链环与链轮啮合接触的模型,基于三维建模软件建立链条和链环与链轮啮合的虚拟样机模型.利用非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA分析了启动过程中链环之间接触动力学特性和正常工作过程中链环链轮啮合接触动力学特性,得出了启动过程中链环之间加速度、应力变化规律和正常工作中链环与链轮啮合过程位移、速度、应力的变化规律,为链轮传动系统瞬态动力学和传动系统关键零部件优化设计提供关键设计参数.
