Abstract  Mould-repair is an important task in the mould production and depends especially upon the experience of the engineer. How to find and conclude the knowledge of mould repair is an important problem for all the mould manufacturers in the industry. Using the fuzzy rules induction to help the technician establishing the mould-repair project was put forward. The main design idea and the realization process of this algorithm have been analyzed. At last the rules about the defect of “flashing” were concluded by the knowledgeminer software. Results show that the rules are consistent with the facts. The correct rate is about 84%.

基于自组织模糊规则归纳的注塑模改模知识发现

改模是注塑模具生产的重要环节,在这一环节中主要依赖于工程师的经验.如何发现和归纳改模知识,已成为越来越多的注塑模具企业需要面对的问题.基于此提出了利用自组织模糊规则归纳辅助模具工艺人员建立改模方案,分析了该算法的主要设计思想与实现过程,最后利用Knowledgeminer软件进行模糊规则归纳得到了一些有关“批锋”缺陷的规则.结果表明,由该方法归纳的改模规则和实际情况吻合,正确率达84%.
