Research on hardware surface defects detection based 
on image processing techniques

Abstract  In order to realize image processing in the application of surface defects, and replace the traditional way of manual inspection, the authors have developed a metal surface defect detection system to study the nickel-plated hardware online image processing algorithms, including edge detection algorithm, the position correction algorithm, calibration algorithm and detection algorithm, bringing hardware visual surface defect detection into effect. At the same time, the authors proposed a threshold feedback algorithm, and used the actual defect theory of defects in the value of feedback verification, and ultimately got reliable defect threshold to determine surface defects. The detection system can use multi-surface and multi-station movement work piece simultaneous independent detection.

基于图像处理技术的五金件表面缺陷检测研究

为实现图像处理技术在表面缺陷检测中的应用,取代传统人工检测的方式,设计开发了一套五金件表面缺陷检测系统,研究了镀镍五金件表面图像在线处理算法,包括边缘检测算法、位置修正算法、标定算法和检测算法,实现了五金件表面缺陷视觉检测.同时提出一种阈值反馈算法,用实际缺陷值反馈验证理论缺陷值,最终得到可靠的缺陷阈值,判断表面缺陷.该检测系统可进行多表面多工位的运动工件同步独立检测.
