Abstract As clearance exists in kinematics pair of clearance contact and collision, the modeling and computation would be very complicated. According to the specific property of kinematics pair, contact forces were divided into three states and damping forces were divided into two states. Based on the analysis the bond graph model was established by introducing the concept of switched power junctions. Taking a geneva mechanism for an example, the bond graph model of the contact pair between roller and ring race was set up and simulated by advanced software 20-sim. Finally, the results, compared with those from ADAMS to check the bond graph model, verity its credibility.

间隙接触碰撞副键合图建模及应用
针对间隙接触碰撞副建模及其计算比较复杂且难以求解的问题,根据间隙接触碰撞副的运动特点,将接触过程中的接触力划分为3个状态,阻尼力分为2个状态,通过引入功率结型结构,建立间隙接触碰撞副的开关键合图模型,并以槽轮机构为例,建立了考虑滚子与轮槽之间间隙的键合图模型,运用20\|sim仿真软件对模型进行了仿真.仿真结果与采用ADAMS仿真软件得到的结论是一致的,验证了所提出的间隙接触碰撞副键合图模型的正确性.
