Formalization of co-evolution model of design requirement and solution solving

Abstract  Considering the repeated refinement situation of design requirements in the early product design, the co-evolution method between design requirement and solution solving was proposed. By using a formal symbolic expression, the method of acquiring design requirements was analyzed. Also the elements and their interrelations involved in the product design process were described rationally. After establishing the corresponding solving model, the logic process of the co-evolution was elaborated, and the layer by layer co-evolution framework based on the proposed method was set up. Finally, taking a papersmoothing machine as a design case study, the co-evolution between design requirement and solution solving was described in detail and the method's practicability was verified.

设计需求与方案求解协同演化模型的形式化表达

针对产品设计初期设计需求反复修改和补充的状况,提出设计需求和方案求解协同演化创新设计方法.应用一种形式化的符号表达形式,研究了设计需求的获取方法,理性地描述了产品设计过程中涉及的各要素及其相互关系.在建立设计需求和方案求解协同演化创新设计方法求解模型的基础上,阐述了该方法的逻辑过程,构建了设计需求和方案求解逐层协同演化的框架.最后,以轧纸机机构的方案设计为例具体阐述了设计需求与方案求解协同演化的过程,验证了文中方法的实用性.
