Product innovative design methodology based on disruptive technologies |

Abstract As an effective innovation method, disruptive innovation (DI) can be applied in a new firm to realize leapingover development. Based on the technology evolution theory, the occurrence conditions of DI was put forward. In order to forecast and realize disruptive technologies during the process of product development, the basic laws and principles of DI were summarized and its inherent hypostasis was revealed after further study on technology evolution situation. Aiming at forecasting and searching of disruptive technologies successfully, the technology system of product was decomposed after analyzing of function structure and the balance of subtechnology systems was deeply studied according to the evolutional status of whole technology system. Finally a case study was given in the design process of dropping pill machine to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

基于破坏性技术的产品创新设计方法研究
破坏性创新是一种高效的创新设计方法,通过破坏性创新,企业可以实现技术跨越式发展.基于技术进化理论,提出了破坏性创新的发生条件;为了在产品设计过程中预测和实现破坏性技术,归纳了破坏性创新内在的基本规律和基本原理,研究产品技术进化过程中存在的内在规律,揭示其内在本质;在对产品进行功能结构分析的基础上,对目标产品进行技术系统分解,根据得到的各技术子系统进化状态研究各技术子系统进化的平衡性,以实现破坏性技术的预测与搜索.最后,以滴丸机的破坏性创新设计为例,对提出方法的有效性进行了验证.
