Electrical control and application of 3D motion system based on PLC

Abstract  As for the phenomenon of lots of 3D motion control used in industrial productive process, this movement control adopt relay contact device control frequently, the method is low in stability and reliability, it will consume a lot of human and financial resources. So character of such movement was summed up, and the universal control goal of system was established. The method of 3D motion control based on PLC studied was suitable for all the 3D motion. In the specific application, this method can be used if only the parameters were changed. Good results were achieved when the design was used in 3D control of the movable hood filter.

基于PLC对三维立体运动系统的电气控制及应用

工业生产过程中很多采用三维运动控制,该运动在很多场合还是采用继电器接触器控制,控制的稳定性和可靠性不高,消耗了大量的人力和财力,因此对此类运动的特性作一个总结,并建立系统的通用控制目标,采用PLC的控制方法对其控制.该控制方法适用于所有的三维运动,在具体应用中,只要通过编程改变其参数就可以达到运动控制的目的.将该方法应用在污水处理移动罩滤池的三维立体控制中,取得了良好的控制效果.
