Abstract In order to reduce the waste of resource and space caused by the diversity of childrens bike in the specific age group, and improve reasonability of ergonomics design, the design of multifunction children bike was studied. Through research and study of the entertainment, functionality, safety of the children bike design, we put forward design factors of entertainment and ride instead of walk. A project design was given by combining swing machine and childrens bicycle together through applying industrial design methods and ergonomics analysis. The project designed the handle size, the seat height and adjustability of the bike length from ergonomic. Moreover, the childrens bike was redesigned from the modeling, the structure, the producing process and the engineering output etc. As a result, the combined innovation design of childrens entertainment transport, has not only expanded the using function of childrens bike, but solved the problem of homogeneityoriented design at present. It will promote the design and production of the childrens bike in the future.

一种儿童娱乐代步工具的组合式创新设计
为了减少在儿童特定年龄段,童车种类多样性而造成的资源和空间的浪费,并提高人机设计的合理性,对童车进行了功能组合式设计研究.通过对童车娱乐性、功能性、安全性的分析,提出了娱乐代步的设计要素,将自行车与摆摆乐的功能相结合,应用工业设计方法、人机工程分析进行了方案设计.该方案在把手、座椅高度以及车身长度可调性方面进行了人机尺寸设计,并从造型、结构、加工工艺、工程输出等细节进行设计.儿童娱乐代步工具的组合式创新设计不仅扩展了童车在使用上的功能,还解决了目前所存在的设计同质化的问题,为童车的设计与生产起到了一定的推动作用.
