Abstract There were problems of the serious electromagnetic interference and the voltage fluctuation when the ElectroThermal Chemical Gun (ETCG) launched, which seriously affected the accurateness of data and the security of apparatus. Adopting the multilayer shield technology based on different materials effectively realized electromagnetic shield in the strong electromagnetic environment and ensured the security, reliability and accuracy of the measurement system. Using the storage measurement technology and optical fiber communication, the storage measurement and the realtime transmission of the chamber pressure were realized at the same time, which ensured the reliability of the ETCG chamber pressure. And the implements of duplex communication facilitated the test of the ETCG.
