Decision-making method of part surface processing plan under
manufacturing constraints based on fuzzy Petri net

Abstract  So far, the problem of processing plan decisions still cannot be completely solved in CAPP. Firstly, based on proposing the definitions of Petri net systems and T_ invariants, a fuzzy rulebased Petri net model for part surface processing was presented according to the principle of Petri net and production rules. Then, a new selective processing plan was proposed in light of Petri net T_ invariants under manufacturing constraints. Finally, a real case was utilized to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method. The result shows that the best/hypo-best processing plans for part surface processing can be achieved.

基于模糊Petri网考虑制造约束的零件

加工方案决策是计算机辅助工艺规划中一直未能完全解决的关键问题.首先,在给出Petri网系统和T_不变量定义的基础上,根据Petri网原理和产生式规则建立一个基于模糊规则的零件表面加工方案Petri网模型;然后,根据Petri网T_不变量在考虑制造资源约束的条件下,提出一种新的可选加工方案T_不变量生成方法;最后,通过实例验证了所提方法的有效性.实例结果表明,采用作者提出的决策方法能够获得零件表面加工的最优/次优工艺方案
