Abstract Based on the analysis of the valve setting‘s restriction characteristics of shock absorbers, arithmetic model of damping characteristics at low speed was established. The restriction characteristics of orifice disc were analyzed by adopting small clearance restriction theory and then the main parameters affecting the low velocity damper characteristics were determined. By simplifying the small clearance space equal to a pinhole, one result was obtained and then it was compared to the results obtained from experiments, which demonstrated the correctness and preciseness of this method.

双筒式液力减振器低速阻尼特性研究
通过对减振器内部阀系低速节流特性的分析,建立了低速时阻尼特性的数学模型.应用小间隙节流理论对节流片节流槽口的节流特性进行分析,确定了影响低速阻尼特性的主要参数.通过把缝隙节流等效为小孔节流的设计方法得到的结果与试验得到的结果的比较,验证了本方法的正确性和精确性.
