Abstract As an important analysis tool in TRIZ, substance-field analysis plays a significant role in the process of problem-solving using TRIZ, but since its substance-field model can't describe the function of the system well, the TOP function model which evolves from the substance-field analysis was regarded as the foundation of TOP function analysis, and the ideal way was proposed as its solution. Substance-field analysis and TOP function analysis are utilized respectively to solve the problems in research on the centrifugal gas compressor bearing, and superiority of TOP function analysis is displayed and it may play a significant role in TRIZ analysis.

物-场分析及其演变形式——TOP功能分析
作为TRIZ中重要的分析工具,物-场分析在TRIZ解决问题的过程中发挥着很大的作用,但鉴于物场模型不能很好地描述系统的功能,介绍了以物-场模型为基础演化而来的TOP功能模型作为TOP功能分析的依据,并介绍了理想方法作为其解决方案.分别采用物-场分析和TOP功能分析对离心式压缩机轴承研究中出现的问题进行分析并给出了相应的解决方法,从而证明了TOP功能分析的优越性,将会在TRIZ分析中发挥重要的作用.
