Realization of materiel facility management DSS based on GIS

Abstract  Aiming at the requirements of materiel facility management, a DSS(decision-making supporting system) based on GIS (geographic information system) for materiel facility management was designed. This system adopted MapInfo to draw electronic-map. MapX, a control component in desktop map information system, was seamlessly integrated with the applicable development platform such as Delphi, Visual C++, Visual Basic, Power Builder. The comprehensive decision-making supporting system was combined with GIS, and their key technologies and realizing methods were introduced in details. The following functions were implemented by this system: searching and displaying region information according to space location, searching in light of the types of attributes, searching ensuring resources according to certain attribute condition, interactively searching of graphs and attributes and making theme maps. The application results show that this system is flexible and general, vivid and direct and can provide decision-making support for materiel facility management in the army. 

基于GIS的武器装备管理DSS关键技术实现

针对军队武器装备管理的需求,设计了基于GIS的武器装备管理决策支持系统.使用MapInfo绘制电子地图,利用桌面地图信息系统控件MapX与Delphi,Visual C++,Visual Basic,Power Builder应用开发平台的无缝连接编程.将地理信息系统(GIS)与综合决策支持系统技术相结合,重点介绍关键技术和实现方法.经开发,系统实现了按照空间位置进行区域查询和检索,按照属性种类进行查询,按照一定属性条件对保障资源进行查询,图形与属性的交互查询,并可制作专题地图.应用结果表明,该系统灵活通用、直观生动,能对我军武器装备的管理提供辅助决策支持.
