Abstract The fuel pressure control system for diesel engine should have high accuracy and quick response, but the traditional method is insufficient to fulfill its increasing requirement. So an improved fuzzy control method with Heterogeneous Distribution Membership Function was adopted to control the fuel systemquickly and accurately. Moreover, simulation of the control of fluctuation in fuel pressure of diesel engine was done to demonstrate its validity and feasibility. The simulation result indicates that this method can reduced the pressure amplitude from 1 MPa to 0.7 MPa and shorten the fluctuation time from 8 ms to 5 ms. Therefore, this method can improve both the pressure amplitude and fluctuationand is an intelligent method with wide application prospect.

油压扰动的非均匀分布隶属函数模糊控制方法
柴油机的燃油压力控制系统具有控制精度高、响应速度快等特点,传统控制方法难以满足其不断提高的需要,所以,提出利用非均匀分布隶属函数的改进模糊控制方法来实现对燃油系统的快速、精确控制。并通过对柴油机燃油压力的扰动控制进行仿真来验证该方法的有效性和可行性。仿真结果表明:同样对于1 MPa的压力波动进行控制,相对于传统PID控制方法而言,采用该改进模糊控制后的压力扰动由1 MPa降为0.7 MPa,同时,达到稳状态前的扰动持续时间也由8 ms缩短为5 ms。提出的非均匀分布隶属函数的改进模糊控制方法无论是对控制的扰动幅度还是控制的波动性能都有较大改善,是一种具有广阔应用前景的智能化控制方法。
