Dynamic analysis of micro-feed mechanism in high-speed roller grinding machine

Abstract  By taking micro-feed mechanism of high-speed roller grinding machine as the object, the overall finite element model was established. In the above model, the finite element model of components was established in HYPERMESH, and spring-damper element COMBIN14 in ANSYS was adopted to build the dynamic models of each joint. Furthermore, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were carried out and the first ten frequencies and mode shapes were obtained. The weak points of micro-feed mechanism were identified, which provided evidence for theoptimization design of this structure.

高速轧辊磨床微进给机构动力学分析

以高速轧辊磨床微进给机构为研究对象,利用HYPERMESH建立各零部件的有限元模型,并在ANSYS中采用弹簧阻尼器单元COMBIN14建立各结合部的动力学模型,从而建立微进给机构整体有限元模型,进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,得到微进给机构前10阶模态,识别了微进给机构的薄弱环节,从而为微进给机构的设计改进提供依据。
