Singularity loci of 3-RTT parallel machanism

Abstract  Based on kenimatic analysis of 3-RTT parallel mechanism, the velocityequation and analytical expression of Jacobin matrix are established. And then space model of this parallel mechanism is derived by adopting space model theoryand then research on its singularity loci is carried out too. By utilizing numerical method, singularity loci curve at different section of Z axis of representative non\|dimensional parallel mechanism in sub-region of space model is obtained. The results provide reference of design of 3-RRT parallel mechanism.

3-RTT并联机构的奇异轨迹分析

基于3-RTT并联机构运动学分析,建立该并联机构的速度方程和雅可比矩阵的解析表达式。应用空间模型理论建立该并联机构的空间模型,并对该并联机构的奇异轨迹进行研究。应用数值方法,得到空间模型中子区域内具有代表性的无量纲并联机构在Z轴不同截面上的奇异轨迹曲线,分析结论为该并联机构的设计提供依据。
