Abstract Taking clamping claw in half-burying torpedo instrument as research target, according to working requirements of clamping claw, by combining FEA method with traditional optimization technology, FEA-based optimization model is established. The optimization computation is completed by the application of ANSYS and its result is obtained. By comparing this optimized result with the result of traditional design, it can be concluded that the former can not only meet the requirement to salvage torpedo, but sufficiently utilize the loading capability of material. The analysis result indicates that it is an effective method to apply FEA-based optimization in the design of clamping claw.

半埋雷打捞装置夹紧爪结构优化
以半埋雷打捞装置夹紧爪为研究对象,依据夹紧爪的工作要求,在常规设计结果的基础上,将有限元分析方法和传统的优化技术相结合,建立了基于有限元分析的优化模型。利用结构分析软件ANSYS软件完成了优化计算,得到了优化结果,并将有限元优化的设计结果和常规设计结果相比较.结构优化后的夹紧爪既满足了打捞鱼雷的要求,又使材料的承载能力得到了充分的利用.分析结果表明,将基于有限元分析的优化技术应用于夹紧爪的设计是一种有效的方法.
