Abstract By utilizing the open characteristic of AutoCAD2000 and the powerful function of ObjectARX2000 provided by Co. AutoDesk, taking MS VC++ 6.0 as developing tool, a 3D casting CAD system was developed combining with Graphic Databaseof AutoCAD 2000. Data in the design process would be saved in database automatically. This system could exploit those medium data to automatically but rapidly export process charts and process cards.
