Research on visual simulation of automobile gearbox assembling line

Abstract  Automobile gearbox assembling line system is a typical dynamic discrete system and it is difficult to guarantee layout reasonability and runningreliability of this system with traditional experience design. Taking a given automobile gearbox assembling line as an example, design and management of this system are implemented through visual simulation. The methods of queue-service net and event scheduling are utilized to model the assembling line and simulate its running process. Finally, through simulation system experiment, the optimal number of AGV and reasonable scheduling rule are obtained. 

汽车变速器装配线的可视化仿真系统研究

汽车变速器装配线系统是一个动态离散系统,用传统的经验设计很难保证系统布局合理与运行可靠。以某汽车变速器装配线为例,利用可视化仿真实现了对装配线的设计与管理,采用排队网法对装配线进行建模,用事件调度法模拟装配线的运行过程,并通过仿真系统实验,确定了满足设计要求的AGV数量及合理的调度管理装配线方法。
