Abstract Semiconductor refrigeration is special refrigeration employed by thermo electricity effect, and it is widely applied due to its outstanding advantages. Its cooling mode is the key factor for the development of this technique. The application and its bottleneck are presented and liquid circulation cooling system is adopted. During the compare between it and the existing products, it performs better.
