Abstract By analyzing the mechanical status of the working pile rollers on raising machine, the mechanical model of single pile roller is established according to stepped beam deformation theory. And then the mechanical model of pile roller is set up together with the analysis of loads on belts between pile rollers. On the basis of the hypothesis of raising resistance and its distribution, the raising torque model is proposed and furthermore the relation model of electromotor power and the maximum raising torque is deduced. Additionally, this paper involved in the influence of power on maximum raising torque in drum electromotor, pile roller electromotor and counter pile roller electromotor. Finally, taking a certain raising machine with 36 rollers as an example, the practicability of such analysis model is demonstrated.
