Abstract By adopting the theoretical method of reliability-based robust design of mechanical components with arbitrary distribution parameters,axle components,such as half-axle,front-axle,back-axle housing,are designed.And then the author offers the result of computation simulation analysis,which provides a theory foundation to reliability-based robust design on mechanical components in practical engineering.
