Design of soft start energy-saving controller of asynchronous motor

Abstract  Asynchronous motor has an extensive application in manufacture. The efficiency is quite low when the motor is running under the rated load. Dynamically adjusting the terminal voltage of the motor according to the change of the load can greatly reduce the consumption, and thus improve the efficiency. This paper provides design of the soft start energy-saving controller of motor, which can be used in energy-saving, soft start and running protection. The controller needs a low cost in hardware, but the function is powerful. This paper proposes the software and hardware design scheme of the controller.

异步电机软启动节能控制器设计

异步电机在生产中广泛应用。在低于额定负载时,电机的运行效率较低;动态调节电机端电压,使其跟随负载变化以降低能耗,提高电机效率。在理论分析的基础上,设计了一种电机软启动节能控制器,用于电机的节能、软启动和运行保护。该控制器硬件成本低,功能强大。给出了控制器的软硬件设计方案。
