flow characteristics of air tube

Abstract  According to ISO6358 which is concerned with the definition of two parameters, that is sonic conductance C and critical pressure ratio b for flow characteristics of pneumatic components, calculating methods of C & b for air tube are derived from theoretical analysis. And simulation is also conducted based on the theoretical analysis. Then a set of fitting formulae for the calculation of C & b are obtained from the simulation results by the use of LSM method. The formula are validated by experiments.

气管道流量特性参数理论分析与实验研究

根据ISO6358关于流量特性参数声速流导C值和临界压力比b值的定义,结合相关气动理论,给出了气管道流量特性参数的计算方法,并编制了相应的计算机程序进行了仿真。利用仿真结果和最小二乘拟合方法,提出了计算气管道流量特性参数的近似公式,并通过实验进行了验证。
