Design of five-phase hybrid stepping motor reformatived river based on MCU

Abstract  Stepping motor is the most popular executive component in high performance textilemachinery, especially in the computerised embroidery machine. Five-phase hybrid stepping motordrivers in the computerised embroidery machine have a good many defects such as low frequency torque vibrations, high frequency inadequate torque output and multi-power supplies. Combinedwith theoretical analysis, this paper gives a reformative driver based on analysis of present stepping motor drivers. This driver uses single power supply and three-phase excitation and givesPWM output. The design improves the stability in low frequency and the torque-frequency characteristic in high frequency and it has been applied in the computerised embroidery machine and has achieved a real good effect.

基于单片机的改进型五相混合式步进电机驱动器设计

在高性能纺织机械尤其是电脑绣花机中,步进电机是广泛应用的执行部件.电脑绣花机系统中现有五相混
合式步进电机驱动器存在诸多不足之处低频转矩振荡、高频输出转矩不足和多电源供电等.在分析现有步进电机
驱动器的基础上,结合理论分析,设计出一种基于单片机的改进型五相混合式步进电机W动器.该驱动器使用单一
电源供电,采用三相励磁PWM输出方式,改善了驱动的矩频特性,在电脑绣花机系统中投人应用取得良好效果.
