Research on Technology of Machining Quality Detection and Control in FMS

Abstract  This paper introduces a new method for collect machining quality data. The device is a kind of portable electronic instrument . Through robust statistics, put forward a robust estimation algorithm to estimate measuring results and error. This paper applies fuzzy subset theory puts forw ard a new fuzzy logic controller and accomplish machining quality fuzzy automatic control.

FMS 中加工质量检测与控制技术的研究

介绍了一种新的变携式电子仪器用以采集加工质量数据。通过鲁棒统计,提出了一个鲁棒估计算法处理测量结果和误差。应用模糊集理论提出一个新的模糊逻辑控制器并实现了加工质量模糊自动控制。
