摘要: 研究某进口连铸机中的新型全板簧式结晶器振动装置运动特性,基于机构学、材料力学理论建立全板簧式结晶器振动装置的等效连杆和等效弹簧机构模型,使用Simulink仿真软件对2种等效机构进行运动学仿真.通过仿真结果的比较分析,验证了全板簧式结晶器振动装置机构模型建立与运动特性分析的正确性.研究工作为连铸机全板簧式结晶器振动装置的设计与分析提供了方法与技术积累.

Abstract: The motion characteristics of all spring-type vibration device for continuous casting mold was researched. The equivalent spring mechanism and equivalent linkage of all spring-type vibration devices for continuous casting mold were built based on theory of mechanism and mechanics of materials. Kinematics simulation of them were done with the Simulink simulation software. The comparative analysis of simulation results verifies modeling and movement characteristics analysis of the leaf spring-type mold vibrator body is valid, which provides a method and technology accumulation for the design and analysis of the vibration device of the whole spring-type continuous casting mold.
