减震器橡胶连接件的动态特性实验研究以及参数识别

摘要: 麦弗逊悬架中,为了提高乘坐舒适性,减震器和车体之间采用橡胶钢零件作为弹性连接.为了更好地研究此橡胶连接件对汽车悬架垂向动态特性的影响,对其垂向动态特性进行实验研究.根据其在汽车中的实际使用情况,在MTS 810万能材料试验机上对其动态特性进行了测试.汽车在行驶过程中的频率范围多在1~12 Hz之间,因此将动态测试实验的频率范围设置在相同的频率范围内.在实验的基础上,基于双折线恢复力的迟滞回线模型,建立了橡胶连接件的动态数学模型,将其迟滞回线分解为一次弹性恢复力、三次弹性恢复力、线性阻尼力和双折线恢复力,并对建立的恢复力模型中的参数分批进行识别,提高了弱参数项的识别精度.通过与实验曲线对比,仿真得到的模型曲线与实际测试曲线吻合得较好,尤其对于阻尼力相对较小的系统,满足实际工程计算的要求,为研究橡胶对悬架动力学的影响奠定了良好的基础.

Abstract: Rubber-steel Top Mounts were used as a flexible joint between the shocker and the bodywork in Macpherson strut to improve ridecomfort performance, and the analysis test of the vertical dynamic characteristics was carried out to analyze their influence on the dynamic characteristics of suspensions by mount. The dynamic test based on their actual installation and their working condition was performed on the MTS 810 material testing system. The dynamic test frequencies were between 1 and 12 Hz because the major range of the vehicle working frequency is 1-12 Hz. The mathematic model according to the dynamic experiment results was established based on the bilinear restoring hysteretic force. The hysteretic force was the sum of linear rigidity force, the third order rigidity force, linear damping force and bilinear restoring force, and the parameters of the mathematic model were identified one by one to improve the accuracy of the small parameters. Comparing with the test data, the difference between the test result curve and the curve obtained from the simulation is very little, which indicates that the proposed method is suitable for engineering working especially with the mount whose damping force is relatively small. The proposed method provides a good foundation to analyze the influence to the suspension vertical characteristics.
