摘要： 结合一栋有大门洞的小高层住宅结构设计，着重讨论了空腹、桁架和实腹大梁转换结构的方案选择、结构内力分析、构件设计以及相应的构造措施和施工要求等问题，结果可供其它类似建筑的空腹桁架设计参考．

Abstract: Based on a design of a high-rise building with a large door，the transfer structure chose，structure analysis，member design and issues related to constructions are discussed．The discussions herein could be helpful to the designers to deal with the similar projects．
