摘要： 微机构和微系统设计需要综合应用许多不同的制造工艺，因而是非常复杂的．介绍了用于计算机辅助微技
术设计的系统，它综合工艺描述工具，并将其输出存储在全程数据模型中．
Abstract: Design of micro components and systems is very complex due to the com bination of
many different production technologies．This article describes a system for computer aided design
in microtechnology，which summarizes tools that simulate the technology．It stores their outputs
in a data model which contains the entire information about a micro system ．
