摘要: 串联式机床整机的刚度受到刚度最小的薄弱模块的制约。为了提高机床整机的刚度,提出了一种新的机床薄弱模块识别方法。首先,利用模块化设计方法对机床进行模块划分。然后,将包含主轴的最小模块作为基础模块,逐一添加同一串联结构中的模块,通过分析添加某个模块后结构变形量的增量来确定机床的薄弱模块。最后,对识别出的薄弱模块进行结构改进,并以机床的整机质量,XYZ向变形量和动态特性为评价指标,利用基于熵权法的模糊综合评价法对结构改进前后机床的性能进行对比,以验证所提出方法的可行性。C型搅拌摩擦焊机床薄弱模块识别实例的结果表明,所提出的方法不仅能够准确识别机床的薄弱模块,而且能够准确获取薄弱模块的薄弱方向。研究结果可为机床结构的改进奠定理论基础。
Abstract: The rigidity of the tandem machine tool is restricted by the weakest module with the smallest rigidity. In order to improve the rigidity of the machine tool, a new method for identifying weak modules of the machine tool is proposed. Firstly, the modular design method was used to divide the machine tool into modules. Then, the smallest module including the spindle was taken as the basic module, and the modules in the same series structure were added one by one; by analyzing the deformation increment of the structure after adding a module, the weak module of the machine tool was determined. Finally, the structure of the identified weak module was improved. Taking the overall quality, X, Y, Z direction deformation and dynamic characteristics of the machine tool as evaluation indexes, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the entropy weight method was used to compare the performance of the machine tool before and after structure improvement, so as to verify the feasibility of the proposed method. The results of weak module identification example of the C-type friction stir welding machine tool showed that, the proposed method could not only accurately identify the weak module of the machine tool, but also accurately obtain the weak direction of the weak module. The research results can lay a theoretical foundation for the improvement of machine tool structures.
