摘要: 针对第3代轿车轮毂轴承单元过盈量的设计,提出了一种考虑铆接装配影响的过盈量理论设计方法。首先,基于弹性力学和平面应力假设推导了轮毂轴承单元内圈与内法兰轴配合的过盈量理论计算式;然后,采用有限元软件建立了轮毂轴承单元过盈装配、铆接装配及铆接卸载回弹过程仿真模型,并通过数值模拟分析获取了其过盈配合面的压力分布及其轴向预紧力;接着,基于推导的理论公式计算得到因铆接装配而增大的过盈量,并对理论计算值进行修正;最后,通过轮毂轴承单元内圈拔出力测量试验和耐久试验来验证所提出的过盈量理论设计方法的正确性及可靠性。结果显示:利用理论公式计算得到的因铆接装配而增大的过盈量为0.020 mm,与其试验值0.017 mm很接近;过盈量在上、下极限附近的轮毂轴承单元均未出现内圈松动或内圈破裂现象。研究表明考虑铆接装配影响的轮毂轴承单元过盈量理论设计方法是可靠的,能够满足生产实践的要求。
Abstract: Aiming at the design of the interference of hub bearing unit in the third-generation automotive, a theoretical design method of the interference considering the influence of riveting assembly is proposed. Firstly, the theoretical calculation formula for the interference of the fit between the inner ring and the inner flange shaft of the hub bearing unit was derived based on the elasticity and plane stress assumptions. Secondly, the finite element software was used to establish simulation models of the interference assembly process, the riveting assembly process and the riveting unloading springback process of the hub bearing unit, and the pressure distribution of the interference fit surface and the axial pre-stress of the hub bearing unit were obtained by the numerical simulation. Thirdly, the interference increased due to riveting assembly was calculated based on the derived theoretical formula, and the theoretical calculation value was corrected. Finally, the correctness and reliability of the proposed theoretical design method of interference were verified through the pull-out force test of the inner ring and the endurance test of the hub bearing unit. The results showed that the theoretical interference increased due to the riveting assembly was 0.020 mm, which was good agreement with its experimental value of 0.017 mm. Moreover, the hub bearing units with interference near the upper and lower limits had no inner ring looseness or inner ring rupture. Research shows that the theoretical design method of interference considering the influence of riveting assembly is reliable and can meet the requirements of production practice.
