摘要: 在传统的计算机辅助司钻控制室布局设计中通常采用交互式输入和修改,不能以全局最优化的思想支持布局设计全过程,故将遗传-蚁群算法引入司钻控制室布局设计中.根据人的认知特性规律,总结出布局原则,并建立相应的数学模型,将布局原则以目标函数变量的形式作用于布局优化过程.从工业设计的角度,研究了面向司钻控制室操纵器空间几何位置布局优化的适应度函数、信息素和启发信息的表达形式,建立了遗传-蚁群算法应用于司钻控制室操纵器布局优化设计过程中的流程.以某型钻机控制台上的操纵器布局设计为例,进行了多目标优化计算,实现了布局原则量化并与算法结合,提高了设计效率.

Abstract: In the traditional computer aided driller control room layout design, interactive input and modification are usually adopted, but the whole layout design process supported by the global optimization idea is not involved.So, genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm were introduced into the driller control room layout design.According to the human cognitive characteristics, the layout principles were summarized, and the corresponding mathematical model was established, the layout principles were taken as the objective function variables to affect the process of layout optimization.From the perspective of industrial design, the expression forms of fitness function, pheromone and heuristic information were studied for the layout optimization of manipulators' geometric position of driller control room, the process was established that genetic-ant colony algorithm was applied to the layout optimization design of manipulators of driller control room.Taking the layout design of manipulators of a certain type rig's console as an example, the authors carried out multi-objective optimization calculation.This method realizes the quantification of layout principles and combines with algorithm, which will improve the efficiency of design.
