Does a Transcultural Criminal Law Really Exist? ——A Philosophical Attempt

Abstract  

As long as the crimes in Penal Code are commonly understood, explained by the arguments of human rights, and it is universally applicable for many crimes and especially for the lenient system of criminal law, a power of penalty or a transcultural criminal law will undoubtedly exist.
