Abstract  It is a great significance for poverty alleviation in policies were weak areas with accelerate the overall goal of comfortable standard of living. Based on participatory rural appraisal and SPSS to evaluate rural community development capability of 30 rural communities in Ningxia Hui autonomous region, China，distinguishing the live terrain. Building a multiple linear regression model to reveals the main factors that influence the capability of different types of community development. Combining with the reality of the study area, put forward suggestions on regional development. The results show, the development ability mountain community significantly weaker than river-nearby farmland community, there exists the significant difference in influenced factors on its ability of development in different type of community, location factors, include natural and economic two aspects, are key determinants of community development ability.

宁夏限制开发生态区农村社区发展能力评估

随着全面小康目标的加速推进，“老少边穷弱”地区扶贫攻坚显得更加意义重大. 基于参与式农村评估和数理统计分析方法，以回族聚居宁夏限制开发生态区30个典型农村社区为研究对象，分居住地形区对农村社区发展能力进行评估，构建多元线性回归模型，揭示不同类型社区发展能力主要影响因素，结合研究区实际，对区域发展提出建议. 研究发现，山地社区发展能力显著弱于川道社区；不同类型社区，影响其发展能力的因素差异显著；区位因素是决定社区发展能力的关键，包括自然区位和经济区位两方面.
