基于二甲胺(DMA)光催化降解的纳米TiO2/硅藻土光催化剂的制备和表征

以钛酸四丁酯为原料,通过溶胶凝胶法制备纳米TiO2/硅藻土复合光催化剂,以难降解有机物二甲胺(DMA)为被降解物,考察了制备条件对光催化性能的影响.结果表明,TiO2/硅藻土光催化剂的制备最佳条件为水醇比0.6,500 ℃煅烧5 h,硅藻土2 g∶9 mL负载1次,溶胶pH值为2.复合光催化剂经扫描电子显微镜(SME)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)表征,达到纳米级别,3 g·L-1催化剂对400 mg·L-1 DMA的6 h降解率平均可达70%,光催化性能优良.
